JCC DMV Select

Both the Treasurer's Office and Satellite Services house DMV Select, offering the ability to process most vehicle-related transactions including the following: 

• Address Changes that do not involve issuance of a driver license or ID card
• Handicapped Parking Placards
• License Plates
• Trip Permits and Overload Permits
• Registrations, renewals, transfers, re-issues and plate surrenders (consider using online at DMVNOW.com)
• Titles (original, replacement, lien release, adding liens, maintaining, etc.
• Driver and vehicle transcript requests
• E-ZPass Transponders
• No Driver's Licenses or ID's are processed at either location
• Insurance Verification cannot be processed at either location
