When he realizes that there is no single kind of American music, he learns what it truly means to be an American! This exciting production celebrates diversity with a fully immersive experience for all ages.  Conducted by music director, Janna Hymes and narrated by the story creator Ellen Riccio Cockerham.  The concert will feature artistic projections above the orchestra (artwork by Bob Oller and images by Greg Moquin), dancers from Virginia Regional Ballet and a combination of the most famous and recognizable classical, jazz, ragtime, and blues music of America. After the concert, stay for the “Instrument Petting Zoo!” Ticket prices vary.
