Enjoy Caroloke and Cocoa in New Town Williamsburg on Fridays through Dec. 15 from 6-8 p.m. $5 per person to enter the caroloke contest. There are three categories: 17 and under, 18 and over, groups of four or more. Cocoa is free!

Busch Gardens® Christmas Town™ is open on select days through Jan. 1, 2018. Experience the largest light display in North America along with festive food and drink, wonderful shows including ‘Twas that Night at the Royal Palace Theatre and a visit to Santa’s new North Pole workshop. MillFarm Christmas Trees & Berry Farm will have a delivery of fresh-cut Frazer Firs on Saturday, Dec. 2. MillFarm is open every weekend through Christmas until 5 p.m. They also sell seasonal holiday wreaths.

The Toano Holiday Craft Bazaar and Vendor Fair is on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Toano Middle School. Lots of great vendors on hand to help you find that perfect gift. A fabulous way for kids and adults alike to get their Holiday shopping all wrapped up. No admission fee and all proceeds benefit the Toano Middle School PTSA. Questions? Visit the Colonial Heritage Christmas Craft Fair on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the Colonial Heritage Clubhouse. There will be a variety of local craftsmen and artists available with unique items for your holiday shopping. This event is free and open to the public.

Are you a train enthusiast? Visit the Ford’s Colony Model Railroad Show as the Ford's Colony Model Railroad Club returns with their elaborate operating layouts and trains in all sizes at the James City County Library on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on Sunday, Dec. 3 from 1-5 p.m. Marvel at the detailed settings, the intricate track planning and the features that make each one unique. While you're here, learn about rail safety with Operation Lifesaver and visit the Norge Depot to take in a slice of Williamsburg railroad history. All aboard! This event is free and open to the public.

The Comedy Club of Williamsburg presents Mike “Mello” Miller with friends on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 8 p.m. Born in Virginia raised in North Carolina, Miller has been in the comedy scene for the last eight years. His storytelling is infused with a smooth delivery and his quick wit keeps the crowd wanting more. He has opened for such comedians as DL Hughley, Ralphie May and Dave Chappelle.

Enjoy the sights, smells and sounds of Christmas as you wind your way through the world's most beautiful theme park during the Christmas Town Dash 8K run at Busch Gardens on Sunday, Dec. 3 beginning at 7:30 a.m. This 8K includes a long sleeve shirt, a finisher medal, post-race food/hot chocolate, a Chick-fil-A coupon, a 50% ticket for Christmas Town and a day ticket to Busch Gardens (valid for the 2018 season).

Enjoy the Inaugural Grand Illumination Day Holiday Feast at the Williamsburg Winery on Sunday, Dec. 3 at 12:30 p.m. A festive, family style holiday meal inspired by the food from the same land and waterways first cultivated by the colonists. There will be live music and a bus transfer to the Grand Illumination. Cost is $78 per person or $63 per person for just the feast.

Learn about centuries-old holiday traditions at A Colonial Christmas at Jamestown Settlement throughout the month of December. A Jamestown Settlement holiday film and interpretive programs compare and contrast English Christmas customs of the period with how the season may have been observed in the difficult early years of the Jamestown colony.
